Dr. Jorge J Arango, a Cuban native who grew up in Puerto Rico, is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in 1985. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University District Hospital in Puerto Rico in 1991 and became board certified. He moved to El Paso in 1991 and has been in private practice ever since. Dr. Arango specializes in ear and sinus diseases. He has special interest in minimally invasive in-office sinus procedures. He is now dedicating his time in solo practice at Ear, Sinus and Allergy center.
